Greek Life is an opportunity unique to the college experience and allows students to venture into values-based Greek-letter organizations to find their voice, navigate their values, grow in leadership, and develop the soft skills that enhance their ability to relate and respond to the world around them. Many of these nationally-recognized organizations are widely connected networks of organizations across the country and the world that have histories and values that speak to students and draw them in to live out the next chapter of their organizations.
Students interested in Greek Life will participate in recruitment or intake processes that are explained HERE. After joining an organization, the Fraterntiy and Sorority Life office helps students navigate the entire membership experience and are here to support students as they grow in four major areas that are explained below: leadership, scholarship, brotherhood/sisterhood, and service.

Our students are scholars. As many will tell you, belonging in a Greek organization is only as possible as your success as a student. Greek students work to excel in the classroom so they can be successful out of the classroom.

Our students are leaders. Not only are they learning important skills involved in running organizations, but they are operating large-scale events, taking advantage of study abroad opportunities, presenting at conferences, adn growing their leadership profiles so they are equipped to excel wherever their life takes them after graduation.

Every Greek organization puts an emphasis on service to the campus and the broader community - each explained on their national websites and exemplified in their continuous presence and leadership in opportunities to serve. Ask a Greek student about their philanthropy and watch them light up as they share about what the care about.

Our students care about each other. Continuously they are exemplifications of brotherhood and sisterhood as they gather for photo opportunities, tell hard truths to each other, and offer support in all the things of life they encounter throughout the college experience. The value of these connections also gives students a support network when they move from this place into new jobs and cities.
